*Dear Mr Bharat,* ** *I have the following 2 observations/points: -* ** *(i) Is it still a “Draft Policy” or it has been finalised and issued for implementation? Any Policy, once issued by any authority for implementation does not remain “draft policy”. The “draft” stage is before it is approved by the competent authority and issued. From your post, it appears that the UP Govt has approved and issued the Solar Policy for implementation. Hence, it should no more be termed a “Draft Policy”. It should now be termed as “Policy”. Please correct me, if I am wrong.* ** *(ii) Will Phase 1 (2012-13) be idle as no allocation has been shown against it?* ** *Regards,* ** *MCS RAO*

  2. Dear Mr.Rao,
Its a draft policy as mentioned in the blog.

The year 2012-2013 may not see any allocation because it may still take some time for the draft to be approved and turn into a final policy and then implement the policy.
